Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All Standard Shipping orders are fulfilled through our trusted manufacturing partner overseas.
Standard Shipping orders are processed and delivered within an estimated 12–15 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, Reino Culture is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Reino Culture is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package is lost, please:

Check around your home and with household members.

Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.

Contact your local carrier to help locate the package.
If the carrier confirms in writing that the package is lost (e.g., an email from USPS), please forward that confirmation to support@reinoculture.com so we can assist.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you are entitled to a one-time reshipment of your order, provided that:

All steps above to locate the package have been completed.

Written proof from the carrier confirms the package is lost.
Important: If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, we cannot offer a replacement — even if Shipping Protection was purchased — as tracking is our only proof of delivery.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Born of Shadows is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
